FAQ

Frequently asked questions:

Who is Movis?

Movis AG is a counselling firm. We are external partners for companies across Switzerland and offering counselling to employees in connection with personal and workplace issues. The employees of our client firms can generally contact us without their employer knowing. Employees are also often referred to us by their employer.

Are Movis counselling sessions confidential?

Yes. The Movis counsellors are subject to a duty of confidentiality. You decide whether and to what extent your counsellors discuss your issues with third parties. Unless you provide your consent, the counselling session and its content will be treated as strictly confidential. There is one exception: If there is a suspicion that you or a third party could be in serious danger, you should expect that the counsellor will call on third parties in order to deal with this threat.

Some firms limit the number of counselling sessions or the number of working hours per counselling mandate. Should this apply in your case, your counsellor will inform you accordingly prior to the end of your first session.
