The goal of the consultation is to provide professional support in professional, personal, health, and financial challenges.
The Movis advisers are obliged to maintain confidentiality. You determine whether and what your adviser should discuss with third parties. Without your written consent, the consultation and its content are treated as strictly confidential. In the event of registration and/or referral by the employer, the content of the feedback is discussed with you. In the event of danger to yourself or others, the Movis adviser will bring in third parties in order counteract this danger.
For the initial consultation, we take approx. 1.5 hours for you. For the subsequent meetings, we estimate approx. 1 hour per consultation. Depending on the topic being discussed, multiple appointments may be required.
The costs of the consultation are borne by your employer. Invoicing is done independently of the individuals involved and anonymously. Some companies limit the number of consultations or the number of working hours per advisory mandate. If this applies in your case, then your adviser will inform you of this during the initial consultation.
On the Movis24 platform, you have the option of making your requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – anonymously if desired. A specialist handles your enquiry, and these are answered within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. This option is only available to employees whose employers have agreed this service with Movis.
If you are not able to make it to a scheduled appointment, we request that you let us know 24 hours in advance at the latest.
If you are not able to understand your adviser’s statements or actions or would like to query them – please speak directly to your adviser. If you don’t want to contact your adviser directly for questions, criticism, or other feedback, then the Movis management will be happy to help. You can also submit your feedback through an anonymous appraisal.
Movis places great value on the careful handling of personal data. Processing of the data is done strictly in accordance with the data protection provisions. Your consultation is recorded for case management, invoicing, and for impersonal statistical surveys. You can gain access to your files upon request.
