  • We offer short-term counselling
  • We work in a solution and resource-oriented manner
  • All counselling sessions remain confidential
  • The costs are borne by your employer

The Movis counsellors are obliged to maintain confidentiality. You determine whether and what your counsellor should discuss with third parties. Without your written consent, the consultation and its content are treated as strictly confidential. In the event of referral by the employer, the content of the feedback is discussed with you. In the event of danger to yourself or others, the Movis counsellor will apprise third parties in order to counteract it.

How long does a counselling session take?

For initial consultations, we allot 90 minutes. For subsequent meetings we estimate approximately 1 hour per consultation. Depending on the topic/s addressed, multiple appointments may be required.

Who pays for employee consultation?

The cost of consultations is covered by your employer.. Invoicing is done anonymously and independently of individuals involved. Some companies limit the number of sessions per issue. If this applies in your case, your counsellor will inform you during your initial session.
