Am I eligible? Who is the Movis support offer available to?

If your employer has a contract for external workplace social counseling with Movis AG, you can contact us for support regarding your question. You can usually find this information on your employer’s intranet or in the general employment conditions. We check each inquiry to determine if the person seeking help is eligible or not.

Who are the professionals I am reaching out to here?

All professionals offering social counseling at Movis have a university degree in social sciences or psychology. You can find more information about the Movis team here.

In the telephone emergency counseling and Movis24 chats, you will be specifically assisted by our team of emergency counselors/Digital Counsellors. To provide you with fast and reliable service, we process your inquiries as a team. If long-term support from Movis seems necessary, with your consent, we will forward your case to our professionals at the official Movis counseling locations. The emergency counseling team does not conduct follow-up conversations but provides support for urgent issues.

Is the Movis counseling really free for me?

Yes, the counseling is free for all employees whose employer has a service contract with us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment or make inquiries with you if there is no contract in place or if there are special agreements from the employer.

I don’t want to schedule an appointment; I need immediate support. What should I do if I need a response to my issue right now?

I have never been to Movis. How can I get an appointment with a professional?

If you would like to schedule a counseling appointment with a professional, you can book your “initial consultation” online here. If you prefer to arrange the appointment verbally, please contact +41 (0)848 270 270.

I have already had a consultation with a Movis professional and would like a follow-up appointment. What should I do?

Do you want a follow-up consultation with the same counselor? You can easily select “Follow-up consultation” in our online booking tool. In this case, you will see our counselors. Choose the professional you are familiar with. Only the available times for your counselor will appear. If you prefer to arrange your follow-up appointment verbally, feel free to contact +41 (0)848 270 270.

If you received counseling from Movis a long time ago, your case may have been closed. Please re-register under “Initial consultation” when booking your appointment online.
