Trusted persons receive their own training and are not trained together with managers. The company’s processes are also taught. Modern day-to-day life is characterised by speed, overwhelming stimuli and multitasking. Many people feel stressed, overwhelmed and have difficulty concentrating. Mindfulness offers an effective counterpart here: Through conscious awareness and targeted attention, stress can be reduced, focus improved and inner balance strengthened. In this training, participants learn what mindfulness means, how it works and how it can be integrated into everyday life in practice.
Every manager is faced with employee absences – whether due to illness, accidents or for other reasons. Professional absence management helps to systematically record absences, hold productive conversations and provide effective support for reintegration. This reduces stress on teams, minimises costs and supports employees in the long term. In this training, managers learn how to recognise absences, deal with them professionally and successfully reintegrate employees into the work process.

Both modules can be held individually for two half-days or combined to form a full-day workshop.
The apprenticeship is a challenging and formative phase full of new experiences, expectations and personal development. In addition to professional requirements, time management, communication and dealing with stress play a decisive role. To be successful in the long term, apprentices need not only technical expertise, but also mental resilience. The learning journey for apprentices consists of three consecutive modules, each lasting 210 minutes. The modules can be booked individually or as a whole learning journey.
This practical training series helps apprentices navigate the world of work safely, master challenges with confidence, improve their mental health and communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented way in conflict situations.
HR managers and managers
Our training is aimed at anyone who wants to play an active role in promoting mental health in their company. HR managers and HR developers benefit from this by developing a sustainable health strategy for their company, establishing mental health as an integral part of the corporate culture and strengthening resilient teams through targeted programmes. Managers learn how to lead in a way that promotes health, recognise early warning signs of overwhelm and burnout, and provide support for difficult conversations with employees.
Employees and apprentices
